Second interview stage and final result
Final stage with the team lead, focused on technical evaluation and alignment with the role. Approved candidates proceed to onboarding and integration with new members.
Our Teams
C-Levels

BRASA’s C-level leaders are primarily responsible for the organization’s strategic leadership, ensuring it fulfills its mission of creating opportunities for Brazilians to study abroad and contribute to Brazil.
People & Management

The People & Management team is responsible for supporting members across the organization and ensuring our management model is efficient and well-structured. It is a highly strategic team and essential to the organization’s sustainability.
Technology

BRASA’s Technology team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s digital platforms, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and alignment with the visual identity.
Communication

Responsible for planning and executing strategic campaigns, strengthening BRASA’s digital presence, and ensuring our voice, values, and impact are recognized globally.
Conferences

The Conferences team is responsible for planning and organizing BRASA’s annual conferences in North America, Europe, and Brazil. BRASA conferences aim to connect Brazilian students abroad with each other and with Brazil.
Administration

The Administration team is responsible for BRASA’s financial and legal operations. The team handles contractual processes with sponsors and partners and ensures activities comply with applicable regulations.
Corporate Relations

The Corporate Relations team is responsible for selling BRASA’s products and initiatives and maintaining partnerships with companies and other institutions. The team leads outreach efforts, builds relationships, and manages the sale of corporate packages.
Network

The Social Impact team leads BRASA’s main initiatives, including the BRASA Scholarship Program, which also includes BRASA Blacks, dedicated to supporting Black students, and the BRASA Mentorship Program. The team focuses on fundraising strategy, strengthening partnerships, and expanding access to the opportunities offered by BRASA.
Social Impact

The Social Impact team is responsible for two main initiatives: the BRASA Scholarship Program, which also includes BRASA Blacks, a track dedicated to Black students, and the BRASA Mentorship Program. The team’s challenges involve designing and executing fundraising strategies, strengthening partnerships, and expanding the reach of the opportunities offered by BRASA.
Fundraising

BRASA’s Fundraising team is responsible for raising financial resources to enable the organization’s projects, scholarships, and events. The team works on building strategic partnerships, crowdfunding campaigns, and actively seeking sponsorships that strengthen BRASA’s mission.

Guide students through the undergraduate or graduate application process.
Provide support and advice on academic and career decisions.
Help young people prepare for international challenges and opportunities.

BRASA Locals are the heart of our global community. Present at more than 100 universities across North America, Europe, and Asia, these groups connect Brazilians within their institutions, promote events, and create a space for mutual support.
